Sunderland ready for £3.5m defender bid

Sunderland are reported to be interested in Portsmouth defender Marc Wilson.

The Black Cats are ready to offer £3.5million to Pompey who are in serious financial trouble and the Black Cats will pounce if the Premier League change their mind and allow Portsmouth to sell outside the transfer window.

Portsmouth are said to be around £60million in debt.
